2. We'll arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements
3. We'll produce a specification and quotation based upon your requirements
4. If you're happy with the specification and quote, you'll sign this off and pay a deposit.
5. We'll give you a start and completion date for your work
6. Our designers/developers will work directly with you to ensure you get the right look and feel, usability that you need.
7. On completion we'll put the site through a vigorous quality assurance procedure.
8. You'll then have a period where you can test drive the site yourself.
9. If you're happy you'll sign off the site and we'll promote the site to a live environment.
10. The remainder of the money will then be due.
